Vegan Friendly
- Trim wick to 1/4” before EVERY lighting.
- Keep candle free of wick trimmings.
- Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during each burn to prevent tunneling.
- Burn on a level, fire-resistant surface.
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Do not move candle while burning.
- Cracks: Soy wax can be “shocked” by very cold or drafty rooms or rapid temperature changes, causing small surface cracks. Cracks are cosmetic and do not affect the burn. Surface cracks can be smoothed with a quick pass of a hair dryer.
- Scent Throw: Allow the wax to form a full melt pool for optimal fragrance. Burn in a well-ventilated room at normal room temperature. In closed or very cold spaces, the scent may rise straight up instead of circulating.
- Wick Trimming: Keep wicks around ¼ inch. Too short → tunneling; too long → uneven burn or excess smoke. Proper trimming ensures a clean, safe, and long-lasting burn.
Craftsmanship & Shipping
Each of our products is handmade. You may notice slight variations, such as off-center wicks in candles, natural frosting on wax, or minor color differences in our items—these are all normal and do not affect the quality or performance.
Since our products are handmade, orders require 7 business days for processing before shipping. Faster shipping methods do not affect processing times.
Delivery times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
We ship Worldwide, with a few exclusions as U.S. shipping carriers will not deliver to places of conflict such as Russia.
International shipping prices are more expensive as they have to be shipped via plane. International orders may incur import tax/duties. These fees are not covered by Qandle.
