Where do you ship to?

We ship Worldwide, with a few exclusions. U.S. shipping carriers will not deliver to places of conflict such as Russia.

International shipping prices are more expensive as they have to be shipped via plane. International orders may incur import tax / duties. These fees are not covered by Qandle.

Do you provide shipment tracking?

Yes! Once your order has been sent out, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. When you place an order, be sure to include a valid email.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?


If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if your order has not yet been shipped. To request an update, email us your order number along with the correct shipping address.

Damages / Delays

Where is my package?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Make sure to entire a valid email at checkout. At that point, your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and delivery updates will be provided through their tracking system. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly for the fastest resolution.

Can you refund me if my package is lost or delayed?


We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier. If you run into issues with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

What if my items arrived damaged?

If your order arrives with damaged items but the outer box is intact, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged items and your order number so we can help resolve it.

If the shipping box itself is visibly damaged, that damage likely occurred in transit. In those cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as they are responsible once the package has left our hands.

What happens if my order gets returned to sender?

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs/import fees, we will not issue a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and be aware of any import duties or requirements in their country.

Our Candles, Wax Melts, & Tealights are 100% Soy Wax.

How long do your products last?

Candles : 40~ hrs
Tealights : 3~ hrs each
Incense: 45~ mins each

Are your products pet safe?

Yes our products are safe to be around pets!

Do you sell in bulk?

We accept bulk orders. Note these may take more time to deliver. If you are wanting these by a certain date, please contact us in advanced.

Partners can message us for a discount on their custom product bulk order! Must purchase 5 or more of the same product.

Do you make products based on animes / games / agencies / etc. ?

Most companies behind these characters don’t allow unofficial for-profit merchandise. To respect their rules, we don’t make products based on copyrighted characters.
